Build the organization
your goal requires.
Describe what you want to build. The system turns the objective into strategy, milestones, tasks, funding, people and AI agents — then assembles a temporary organization to execute it, reviews the work, pays it, and dissolves.
No signup to explore. The beta list is for founders, specialists and partners who want to build the first real projects on the system.

“We manufacture premium home products in China and want to launch a direct-to-consumer brand in Italy.”

Dynamic Organization OS is a demonstration of a designed system. Timelines, budgets, task identifiers and reputation figures shown throughout are simulated.
Companies are permanent.
Every organization is a bet that the work will still look the same in three years. So the structure becomes the thing being protected, and the objective is fitted into it.
The objective is stress-tested before anyone is hired.
Demand, execution risk, cost, localisation, technical scope, legal exposure, marketing and the team the project will actually require.

Reputation you earn,
A Digital WorkID is a portable record of verified capability. It replaces the CV — a document you write about yourself — with a record the system wrote about your work.

No one works on money
The most common failure in distributed work is not bad work — it is work that was completed and then not paid for. Escrow removes that class of failure before the first task is offered.

Inside the system
One platform, twelve engines. The demo below shows five of them in detail; the others are named here so the shape of the whole is visible.
- 01
Goal Engine
Parses the objective into a structured brief.
- 02
Market & Feasibility
Sizes demand, cost and execution risk.
- 03
Task Engine
Decomposes milestones into payable microtasks.
- 04
Talent Engine
Matches humans on verified capability.
- 05
AI Agent Engine
Routes eligible work to publishable agents.
- 06
Organization Engine
Assembles and reshapes the team.
- 07
Funding & Escrow
Funds work before it is assigned.
- 08
Review Engine
AI evaluator, then a human only if needed.
- 09
Reputation Engine
WorkID and AgentID evolve from evidence.
- 10
Governance Engine
Scope, disputes and change control.
- 11
Security Engine
Least-privilege, compartmented context.
- 12
Mobility Engine
Physical work, relocation and housing — later.

Who are you?
The same system looks completely different depending on which side of it you are on. Pick the one you want to experience first — you can go back at any time.
I have something I want to build.
Submit an objective and follow it from a single sentence to a funded, staffed, executing organization — milestones, escrow, matching, review, scope change and dissolution.
- 01Day 0 — objective and analysis
- 02Day 1 — milestones and escrow
- 03Day 2 — the organization assembles
- 04Day 3 — task matching at 96.4%
I want work that finds me.
Build a Digital WorkID from real evidence, receive a matched and pre-funded task, deliver it, get reviewed fairly, and watch verified capability raise what you are offered next.
- 01Create a Digital WorkID
- 02A task arrives — 94% match
- 03Scoped context, nothing more
- 04Adaptive progress reporting
The platform does not decide this. Dissolution is the default because a structure that has finished its objective should not be kept alive out of habit — but continuing is a legitimate choice, and so is going back to a conventional company.
The organization existed because
the goal needed it.
When the objective is met, the contributors are released and the structure dissolves. What remains is the evidence: the work, the reputation, and the record of who delivered.
